Our Classes

Aqua Boot Camp

Boot Camp Style water aerobics, cardio workout. Progressive exercises and time are added to get a full body work-out. Some swimming may be incorporated into class. Any equipment needed will be provided. Designed for moderate to experienced.

Aqua Tabata with Gloves

Aqua Tabata working to define and tone muscles. We use aquatic webbed gloves in this class and are provided! This is a great beginner class.

Aqua Cardio Dance

Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise. This cardio workout is so much fun and uses water resistance! You are encouraged to sing along! Great beginner class!

Aqua Tabata Combo Class

Aqua Tabata working to define and tone muscles. We use various equipment in this class and is provided. A Tabata workout is intended to work as hard as you can to raise heartbeat for 20 second intervals with ten seconds in between to bring down heart rate. A great beginner class to experienced.

Aqua Tabata with Noodles

Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise. Aqua Tabata and the use of noodles to tone and strengthen core.

Jeannie's Choice-Surprise workout

Workout with some different equipment- be prepared to work!

HIIT Class

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) By using various intervals and intensity this 45 minute class will continue burning calories for up to 36 hours! The goal is bringing your heartbeat 80-95% of your max. This looks different for everyone, know what your Max is before class. The deep end of the pool may be used so swimming is required.

Wet Barre

It's a blend of Barre, Ballet, Pilates, yoga and more, funneled through a corrective exercise lens and adapted to water. This class uses resistance bands adapted for water.
