Lease Equipment Fitting- McU Sports Ski Shop on Bogus Basin Road

Leasing ski and snowboard equipment at McU Sports is a great idea for kids, adults and everyone in between. Every lease package includes all the necessary gear to hit the slopes. At the end of the season, return the gear to us and you are done, no further obligation. Schedule your equipment fitting now!

Ski & Snowboard Tune Clinic 101- McU Sports Ski Shop

This is a beginner ski & snowboard tune clinic taught by our Tune-Shop Manager & head coach of the College of Idaho Ski Team, Aaron Flynn. You will learn how to hand tune, edge & wax your skis or snowboard. This class will be a demonstration only, you do not need to bring your skis or snowboard.

Ski & Snowboard Tune Clinic 101- McU Sports Ski Shop

Ski Tune Clinic 301- McU Sports Downtown

This is an advanced, hands-on Ski tune clinic taught by a SWIX Representative. You will learn how to do base inside edging, side wall peels and how to wax with different formulas for maximum speed. This is a hands-on class; you will need to bring your skis with you.

Ski & Snowboard Tune Clinic 301- McU Sports Downtown

This is an advanced, hands-on Ski & Snowboard tune clinic taught by a SWIX Representative. You will learn how to do base & side edging, side wall stripping and how to wax with different formulas for maximum speed. This is a hands-on class; you will need to bring your skis or snowboard with you.

Identification & Travel in Avalanche Terrain

This is an introduction to avalanche terrain identification & travel techniques & the gear you need taught by Avalanche educator Santiago (Chago) Rodriguez.

Companion Avalanche Rescue

This clinic is an introduction to the basics of companion avalanche rescue & the gear you need taught by Avalanche educator Santiago (Chago) Rodriguez.

Bike Tune Clinic 101

This is a beginner, hands-on bike maintenance class taught by our bike shop manager. You will learn how to do shift and brake adjustments, change tubes, clean the drivetrain & check the bolts.

Intro to Disc Golf: Putting

This is a hands-on, family friendly, beginner disc golf class taught by our very own, Joe Koehler. In this class, we will focus on putting. Joe will explain & demonstrate various putting methods and then you will be free to practice & ask questions. We will provide discs for you to use but you are welcome to bring your own discs as well.

Intro to Disc Golf: Mid-Range Shots

This is a hands-on, family friendly, beginner disc golf class taught by our very own, Joe Koehler. In this class, we will focus on mid-range shots. Joe will explain & demonstrate various throwing methods and how to choose the right disc for the shot. Following the demonstration you will be free to practice & ask questions. We will provide discs for you to use but you are welcome to bring your own discs as well.

This is a hands-on, family friendly, beginner disc golf class taught by our very own, Joe Koehler. In this class, we will focus on driving. Bike Tune Clinic 301

This is an advanced, hands-on bike maintenance class taught by our bike shop manager. You will learn how to do suspension adjustments with sag, rotor truing, advanced rear derailleur adjustments, intro to wheel truing & tubeless tape install. There will also be Q & A time at the end for any questions specific to your bike.

Tune & Wax Night with Swix

Join us for a 45 minute Basic Tune & Wax clinic with focus on everyday cleaning-tuning & waxing tips. Stay around for Q&A time with added focus on base prep, beveling, structure & high-end wax applications.

Intro to Backcountry Riding & Backcountry Equipment
